"Great restaurant on the Camino Way. Opens early for pilgrims. Very reasonable priced too!"

"Best place in town. It’s very lively and it has a beautiful open space under a roof. It’s not very expensive (10€ for the day’s menu and 1.40€ for the beer). As in most restaurants in Galicia, portions are large. You could probably eat 3 people with 2 menus. I don’t think there are better options in this town"

"great place and you will notice that’s its ranking is high for a good reason. tasty fresh food and nice stuff. we had the pilgrim menu and enjoyed it fully: many choices and their desserts are so good if you are on camino and looking for a treat of the long walking day - it’s perfect option!"

"Really great restaurant in town, very friendly and welcoming, the atmosphere in the patio is great with many pilgrims gathering. One of the best meal I had in the Camino. The specialty of grilled beef and stewed beef tongue is a must try! The paella is also great, although I would prefer it to let the rice absorb the sauce more, it is still amazing. The Xacobeo Salad comes with O Cebreiro cheese, which is a must try in the region. I wished I had arrived earlier so I can have a second meal at the restaurant!"

"I had an outstanding dining experience here. The food was exceptional from start to finish, with each dish prepared with great care and rich flavor. The pork ribs were absolutely delicious—tender, fall-off-the-bone, and seasoned perfectly, making them one of the highlights of the meal. The paella was equally impressive: vibrant, aromatic, and generously filled with fresh ingredients. The service was top-notch as well. The staff were attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable, making sure we felt welcome and well taken care of throughout the meal. The atmosphere added even more to the experience; the setting was warm, inviting, and pleasantly lively without being overwhelming. Considering the high quality of both the food and the service, the prices were very reasonable. Overall, it’s a place I would highly recommend and definitely look forward to visiting again."
